This service includes but is not limited to, the availability and work done by our funeral director(s) and staff on behalf of the purchaser. This would include the coordination and directing the services of our staff and agents with those of the hospital, nursing home, or cemetery or crematorium in picking up the deceased from the place of death and making the necessary arrangements for final disposition. It also includes the invoices, booking staff and vehicles and other support functions.

The initial transfer of the deceased to our facility: This is a 24-hour service and includes staff, a transfer vehicle and specialized equipment.

Transfer of the deceased from our facility to the crematorium or cemetery of choice. This service includes staff, a transfer vehicle and specialized equipment.

Arranging interim shelter of the deceased.

A family gathering of up to 25 attendees and held at any of our pre-designated locations with an urn present. Flowers, catering, and other services can be arranged.

A 1 hour visitation incorporating a brief formal or ritual service if desired with an urn present. Our staff can arrange for everything, including flowers and catering if a reception is required. Additional hours can be added to this service. 

Includes a register book, 50 memorial cards and 50 thank you cards. Additional memorial cards and thank you cards can be purchased for $2 per card with a minimum 50 card order.

Depending on where the death occurs, we may be required to send a second staff member to the place of death for the transfer. This is done in the case of a nursing home death or a death at home. There will also be situations beyond our control where a second staff member is required.

A service that provides the delivery of cremated remains directly to you. 

Witnessing of a cremation is a service where families wish to witness the actual cremation process. This is a very common request since this type of brief ceremony provides families and friends with a feeling of closure. This process can also include a short story from clergy and stories and memories from family and friends.

Being able to see a loved one before a final disposition is helpful for a sense of closure. This is not necessarily a funeral service, but an opportunity to briefly say goodbye before final disposition.

In the event of a cremation being required within 2 business days, we will provide the expedited service.

Closure is an important part of grieving and with many family and friends living across the world, being able to have final closure with a deceased loved one is becoming more difficult. We offer a service where friends and families can view their loved one from anywhere in the world. Please ask our funeral directors if this is available for your location.
