The Estates of Sunnybrook is a serene and secluded facility, housed in two historic homes that have been lovingly restored and are now used for hosting intimate private functions. We offer an elegant, residential atmosphere. Extensive grounds surround both homes, allowing the freedom to stroll outside in good weather. Located on Bayview Avenue, between Eglinton and Lawrence, with easy access from downtown or out of town. Complimentary parking is available on site and both McLean House and Vaughan Estate are wheelchair accessible. Estates of Sunnybrook has five suitable areas available, all of which are priced for a three hour rental. Cost includes the following:
- Use of the room(s) for three hours
- A Maitre d', servers & bartenders as required
- All linens, dishes, cutlery & glassware required
- A CD player (please provide your own selection of CD’s)
- An easel for displaying a portrait or photograph if required
